Cinnamon Rolls with Raisins (recipe)

Cinnamon roll is very popular in the US, and the traditional way of kneading and proofing the dough many times is very time consuming. This recipe is simple but the result is irresistibly delicious. Give it a try!!!
100g California raisins (2/3 cup)
390g all purpose flour (3 cups)
180ml warm milk (¾ cup)
140g unsalted butter (2/3 cup)
1 ¼ tsp salt
1 tsp instant yeast
1 egg
2 tsp cinnamon powder
70g brown sugar (1/3 cup)
80g cream cheese (2/3 cup)
50g powdered sugar(1/3 cup)
